I inhabit two enchanting realms: astrology and art. Both serve as powerful healing modalities for me. As an artist, I cherish the solitude of my studio, where I immerse myself in the creative process. Similarly, as an astrologer, I find deep fulfillment in the privilege of sharing space with others as we explore their birth charts together. In both practices, I engage with an open heart, mind, and spirit, for it is within this openness that magic and creativity truly flourish.

How a Solar Eclipse Ignited my Passion as an Artist and AstrologerThe total solar eclipse of August 2017 marked a significant moment of activation across the United States and beyond. For me, it served as a catalyst that reignited my passion not only for art but also for astrology.
Total solar eclipses occur during a New Moon when the Moon aligns perfectly between the Earth and the Sun, casting a shadow that temporarily obscures the Sun's light. During this particular eclipse, the Sun graced the fiery sign of Leo, in close proximity to the Royal Star Regulus, situated at the heart of the Leo constellation. In contrast, the Moon found itself in the innovative sign of Aquarius. This axis between Leo and Aquarius reveals a powerful dynamic: it captures the duality of our need for individual self-expression (Leo) while also reminding us of our interconnectedness with the collective (Aquarius). Eclipses are often described as portals—thresholds that invite us to experience time and reality from a transformative perspective. Indeed, during a total solar eclipse, time seems to shift; you can observe the movement of celestial bodies as shadows dance across the Sun. Witnessing the 2017 eclipse was one of the most awe-inspiring experiences of my life, a moment when the universe felt intimately connected to my own creative spirit. In reflection, I can't help but ponder whether this extraordinary cosmic event was intertwined with the "Great Pause" that the world experienced during the pandemic. Both the eclipse and the lockdown served as profound reminders of our shared existence and the need to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. These transformative experiences have sparked within me a renewed sense of awe and reverence for astrology, serving as a creative muse that is reaffirming my artistic journey. The eclipse illuminated my path forward, while the pandemic provided a moment of introspection—a wake-up call to recommit to my life's purpose as both an artist and an astrologer. It is worth reflecting on how these celestial events may be calling you to embrace your own passions and purpose.
